Chaque question est traitée de façon systématique : d'abord des conseils pratiques (Tips), illustrés par des exemples variés (Examples) ; ensuite une réflexion sur la portée du message (Impact) et sur le passage de l'une à l'autre langue (Translation corner). Chaque chapitre se termine par des exercices pratiques (Action !), suivis d'un corrigé. Ce manuel permettra ainsi à l'utilisateur de mieux exprimer sa pensée, par le biais d'une réflexion sur l'anglais, mais aussi sur le français.
