Mobster turned Hollywood producer Chili Palmer has got another idea for a movie. This time he's checking out L.A.'s other big business, the music industry: a world full of wannabe stars, run by crooks and hustlers - it's got plenty of potential. Chili's found his characters, trouble is, now he needs the plot.
