Wines and castles, gastronomy, writers, painters, architecture, the ocean and the Bassin d'Arcachon, Saint-Emilion... take a Short Break in Bordeaux and discover the city, her cultural heritage and her traditions. Bordeaux is also a resolutely modern city, with such improvements as the Garonne river quays redevelopment and the new tramway in 2003. Recently inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, Bordeaux is acclaimed for her beauty and uniqueness.
